Dave Huston and John Higgins both followed the career paths of their fathers into the practice of law. The firm has a former members who went on to become judges in the Nebraska Supreme Court and County Court. The current firm members have practiced extensively in both State and Federal Courts. The State Court practice focuses primarily in courts in the central Nebraska region.
